2. When can I get the price?
If you are interested in an item, please contact us with your order quantity, fabric, accessories, and other specifications. We will calculate and offer a reliable price for you promptly.
3. How can I get a sample to confirm the quality? What is the delivery time?
Please provide all your requirements for the sample, including fabric, zippers, sizing, and specific details. Once the sample charge is processed, the sample will be shipped within 7 to 15 days. The sample fee will be refunded upon placement of the bulk order.
4. How do you control the quality for production?
We will send pre-production samples for your approval before beginning mass production. Once confirmed, production strictly follows the approved sample. Our professional QC team performs in-line and final inspections, verifying fabric, accessories, workmanship, and packaging. A final inspection report will be provided. Your own QC inspectors are also welcome.
5. What are your terms of payment and delivery?
For payment, we accept L/C at sight, T/T, D/P, etc. You can choose the most cost-effective option. For delivery terms, we support FOB, CFR, CIF, and EXW.
6. What is the typical lead time for bulk orders?
Bulk production delivery generally takes between 60 to 120 days after the PP sample is officially confirmed. The timeline depends on design complexity and final order volume.
